Poland i believe is a suspect. Its right beside them. They use 70% energy from coal and don't give a fuck about natural gas.

The Russians say they didn't do it, but that doesn't mean they didn't, someone may have sabotaged Europe to mark it, I wouldn't be surprised if other pipes that provide gas flow to Europe are sabotaged soon.
