Don't think that you need to  create a company at first glance.

Step you should follow :-

1. Start with a small step like you can develop your chrome extension or something at very small level

2. when you got traffic on that extension you will be able to pay to your team.

3. hire a small and trustworthy team at first. because  your team will decide that how far can you travel because  there is a truth you can not do it alone.

Other structure,  special apps, working on special softCPU and later on physical CPU with no x84|ARM architecture
