For example, if docs are obtained from a storage bucket, the user should prove the access or the vulnerability
and if the data belongs to a legal entity means no way its a public data unless they recently got breached ( we can verify )

buy at your own risk doesn't make YOU allow scammers it just means that it's up to the buyer to use common sense of who they're buying from having a good reputation. merely a suggestion compared to banning it totally because of the problem being the time that is spent verifying every ID that is purchased. It's how the old forum did it.

Some buyers are new to the scene and don’t have that sense yet of what is and isn’t a scam.

It's really sad that no-one I know including me, did not process those public id documents from pdfs, pictures to clear text. Even if it happened it's still lot of work. I can see the problem there. Someone can download 3-5 ids from a server and using those as proof they can scam by telling they are selling thousands of them.

It's possible to tell if a database is public, but there is no easy way to find out if someone downloaded a public leak of IDs and is trying to sell it. There are public leaks of thousands of IDs and other documents. We have recently caught a few people doing this, which is causing us to put this rule in place.

*Exceptions will be made in cases where its a leak of Documents from a company and its reported on in the news or you can provide me lots of evidence that it's real and only you have it.

XSS.is not allowed sell real documents, Check the marketplace rules..

they also state no carding and yet theres an entire sub dedicated to it lol
