try to tie it with "positive things" and give your brain time to learn it.
e.g. going to the gym results in your favorite chocolate (only then you get it) and so you wil train your dopamine response into "wanting to go to gym"
So couple things with positive rewards and try to make a clear plan so you can stick to it easier.
