I have the same version. Vigilante.pw has this 79k version, however on HIBP it's reported having 3,5 million users.

I know it's definitely missing IP's because Vbulletin stores those by default.

Also vBulletin salts hashes, whereas the samples are just raw MD5. So I am guessing this is their blog or some other part of their site, and we're missing the vBulletin table, which is probably where the other 3 million records are from.
