I'm wondering what you will say about the best paid VPN service out there to hide your own location or maybe a proxy server.

What will you be doing on this VPN

Overall good VPN's are MullVad and Mysterium

If it's just for streaming, you'll want a vpn with a good bandwidth allocation

For free VPN --> ProtonVPN
For paid VPN --> Private Internet Access or IPVanish
