These two downloading methods seem to be dead. Who knows what other ways to download these?

You need a torrent software like "qbittorrent". If they do not download when you use the software, then try changing ports.

you could try remote mirror upload
usually those are paid service
its easy to use, just put the torrent / download link and the server gonna download and upload it to any hosts that you pick while you can split it into smaller size file
but I saw it was limited to 512MB per file / link

or you could use something like VPS to download the file and just split the archive file then download it 1 by 1 manually

The only way that I have found to find seeders is changing/randomizing the ports

seed,get others to start the magnet with you ,same goes with the Raw torrent people are trying to share it around ,good luck OP

the 400gig leak is the same as the Raw torrent ,im seeding with some other vps hooked up so sooner or later it will be 100% complete for you
