Pertamina, is your management fucking serious? Instead of admitting what went wrong internally, your management decided to give a vague statement saying the affected system is outdated and not in use? This is exactly the kind of problem that resulted in data breaches. Indonesia companies need to wake up and realise the seriousness of cyber breaches. Our group only took out 1.6 GB because we are not interested in government entities. However, since your management decides to downplay the incident with a vague statement, maybe we should reveal the level of cybersecurity capabilities in Pertamina?

We have announced that we are leaving Indonesia alone, and yes we are no longer conducting activities in Indonesia. However, we do have completed other breaches of Indonesia reputable companies which we will be asking for money to be paid. If they do not pay our demands, we will leak the data breaches.

Update: Some media reports are misleading. We did not demand any payments from Pertamina companies.

Every giant energy company seems corrupt so personally I don't mind them struggling a bit. Just look out you don't walk into a trap attacking the same company multiple times.
(not that I think Indonesia knows a lot about cyber security, but you never know with these big money companies)
