hell yeah, having a good body is sick and satisfies your heart when you look at it naked on the mirror alone, it can also be a way out from a boring sad life, having a good body is not toxic masculinity, its a must

Fantastic brother, but don't get too much ego out of it, looking good is just a side effect, the real prize is feeling good and being agile

That's the spirit, as long as you want to go back to working out, zyzz is smiling at u, just find a workout buddy or a near gym to make it easier

at least 5 days a week of vigorous endurance. Resting is equally important.
