If iwant to know about hack and data security for a good thing, how can i start it? 
Can i learn from mobile phone?, because i dont have laptop or pc.

no system is safe

it depends:

I would start learning python via/with Black Hat Python and Black Hat Python 2.
These books are about everything you have to know:

- Network
- Files
- CPU and Process/Threads etc.
- API Softhook / API Hardhook

and so own. This is a good point to start.

id say start with understanding the basics
like get an intro to CS , i also saw a very good course , a bit more intermediate here , shared by one of the great members of BF , it covers up most of the great certification regarding hacking
