Couldn't government employees use their home computers or Tor to access the site?

None of this seems fully thought out.

Even if this was possible, it's not clear what the suggestion is supposed to accomplish.  Like others have already stated, VPNs/TOR/Home (or public) Networks would bypass such a block.

People can buy cryptocurrencies with credit cards. Adding this future would only expose Pom to risk.

I agree with  block governmental IP's range  😎

Why would we need regional admins if our only supported language is English? Introducing another language would mean that pom would have to rely on one or two people to run a probably big part of the forum, what if they decide to quit? Who will moderate that part of the forum, when he literally doesn't speak the language.

1) Blocking government IP Ranges quite literally does nothing, as seen here (https://i.breached.co/DhxXBrPh46ryVU4k.png) the FBI used Tor to access a website. I'm sure if we blocked their IP Ranges they wouldn't just go "Oh well, Guess we can't investigate any possible crimes here".

2) This will always be an English speaking forum, it would be way too hard to manage allowing multiple languages.
