Hard to answer this question, but I love song from LiSA. Her song on Sword Art Online, Kimetsu no Yaiba, Fate/Zero, Angle Beats, etc.

LiSA is amazing. Any of the songs she makes for OP/ED are awesome. I think one of my recent favorites is from SAO: Alicization. Pretty powerful
