Your opinion about Rust

I find it really interesting and challenging, since it's similar to C++ but in the same time it's better than GoLang/Carbon and a pretty new language.

I would like to hear your opinions.

It REALLY depends on what you are going to use it for. Rust is made for larger applications where optimization is CRUCIAL, but, really, the only thing that I see it bring to the table is the ownership system. Every language has a purpose: for Go its(intended) for server-side applications, JavaScript for webdev, Java for degenerates, etc.

I think its compiler is one of the best ever made, extremely versatile, verbose, and makes debugging a breeze. on top of its performance compared close to C, I see no reason to not use it for application development and embedded service development.

Glad to see you posting here again!
I don't think you can even start to compare Rust with Carbon. Rust >

Rust is good language overall, But I do not find it hard. Once you learn C++, java, python and more gets easy.

Though it is kind of niche, less people use it generally.

I learnt rust for the meme at the start, but fell in love with it very quickly. Personally, I love rust for its memory safety - coming from someone who deals with random set faults in perfectly fine C/C++ code way too much. Compile times can be a little slow, but the programs itself are very fast and lean generally speaking. The community is also one of the best out there. I highly recommend rust if you are interested <3
