Secure against who? Apple or external attackers? In most cases, if security is what you are looking for then you should opt for hardened versions of Android like GrapheneOS.

no need too do it, will make your security weaker

Rooting by itself does not make you more secure but it gives you more control over your device. If you want more security maybe look a custom rom that's more privacy focused like copperheados or linageos.

rooting/Jailbreaking is the point of having almost no security on your phone with the point of over jumping the firewall when cracking/downloading something from the web, but you have to use secure sources almost only. it makes your phone faster tho

Don't bother dude, if you want a device to customize get an android.
Jailbreaking your iPhone will only make things a lot worse, as it relies on exploits on the device. If you try and update your jailbroken device you are running a risk of bricking it.
