is it possible to learn programming from mobile?

Perhaps there are better resources these days but be aware it will be incredibly frustrating, I tried it cause I wanted to learn programming while not having a desktop computer as a kid.

However, you might very well learn the basics, I used QPython to do a bit of python on android, and i managed to make some simple scripts that were useful for me at the time.

One thing to beware, being on mobile might tempt you to learn more passively, like just watching videos. Try not to fall into that trap, since you won't really be learning anything until you actually type it, no matter how frustrating that is.

Through preserverance you might learn how to make some basic scripts, but I do recommend acquiring a proper computer as soon as you can. Good luck!

Yes, it is, but it's not going to be a friendly environment.

you can but dare i say its not optimal, there's many app on google play to start your basic knowledge in programming like sololearn (basiccally duolingo for programming (you learn from quizz)) and there's code editor like Dcoder on android if you willing to try (but i have'nt test it my self, last time i tried code in mobile was when im in highschool and it was painfull).
and i'm not really sure how'd you code in a specific dev environment : like if you want to code in node.js or python you will need to install their respected library (however you can utilize online ide such replit to counter those problem) .in conclusion yes you can learn programming in your mobile however i think you really cant practice your knowledge on your mobile alone.

It Will be easier If you use a laptop pra desktop, to practice while watching vídeo/ Reading tutorials

yes, but I do not recommend, using a laptop instead

It's possible to learn it, people have learned it through programming language books that were sold before the explosion of internet, or went to a course instead. It's really possible to learn it from a mobile phone but eventually you'll need a better environment to practice your learnings.
