I also wonder why the staff members here are barely active, not doing much at all. All the joke suggestions, spam suggestions, threads in the wrong sections, malware, scams etc.

Apparently he made the whole system in two weeks, including loading all of the 14b records. Well, his coder buddy "dan" made it, since Color himself admits he doesn't know how to code. Thing is, he's unable to answer the most basic questions regarding the engine. What's it coded in? C. Yeah, he said it's coded in C. Fucking outrageous. When asked how he imports the data, he starts saying some complete nonsense about VSC, totally avoiding the question. He then goes on to say he uses MobaXterm to upload the databases as a file into a folder via SFTP. After some back and forth, I get him to say the operating system he's using. Debian. Whatever, it could work. Thing is, nothing else makes sense. I asked him how he actually carries out the searches, nada, never got a response to that. He said some bullshit about Elasticsearch, then says that's not what he uses. He refuses to state the specs of the machine(s) running the engine (probably because he knows he's gonna say some bullshit that makes zero sense and would make a system he claims impossible). He then continues to avoid everything, clear the chat, and send a sticker. That's how it ends, he simply stops replying, while still being active on the forum.
Now, I'm not trying to start drama or harass anyone, I'm just calling out things for what they are. Lies. He claims he has nothing to gain from something like this, yet it's clear he's simply trying to gain notoriety and reputation by trying to impress other skids.
There's plenty more I could add. Not right now, maybe another time in a separate thread. Consider this a "part one" of sorts.
