1) The Amount of Users in the breach
2) Where it Comes from (If you don't mention where it came from and the title is something vague like "Norway data", your Thread will get moved to Other Leaks as we cannot confirm if it's a databreach)
3) At least 5 samples of the data, so people know what they are unlocking.

Additionally, you can include:
1) A screenshot of the files included (Upload to zz.fo, pomf.cat or another provider)
2) The date the website was breached
3) More information on how it happened // anything you know about it.
