This illegal shit but anyway try ur luck brutforcing default camera manufacturer password
for hacking laptop camera's you'd need to rat their system first, for IP camera's you need to be on their network - you can try brute forcing logins but most good brands/security companies will change them/have unique ones. As for the cheap Chinese crap you get on amazon most of them run the same software with a different skin on top so there are usually public exploits for them.
A very good service for finding targets is shodan. A quick google for shodan queries (and perhaps a search here) will point you to some searches you can run on shodan to find targets. Just thought I'd tell you about it incase you didn't already know about it.
