You need to be more clear on some things. If the hash is of the file, please provide the filename + hash so we know what the hash is for.

Checking a URL, or an archive file with Virustotal is basically useless. VT links are only of value when you scan the ACTUAL executable file(s), not the url it can be downloaded from or the password protected archive.
