Depends on how you want to do it. Well, if you want to make money on this, then my advice to you is, just find a person who can put sites for an adequate amount of 100%, look for clients and take money, give a task to the person who will do this dirty business and after work you throw money to him. As a result, you do almost nothing and get the rest of the money from the amount that your client gave you. Good luck.
