How did you get scammed: Hello this user was selling me the database for 450$, and he showed me chat with other members ( they bought from him and he showed me proofs ), and i decided to buy it, 
after that i searched for the sample he provided : first name, last name, address, city, county, state, zip, phone, carrier, gender, ethnicity, ownrent, [ these are on his threads ]

i realized that its the same database of Tmobile !, simple google search would reveal that

I did not got scammed directly, but sure other users as he showed me proofs of chats with other poeple ( and they paid and he sent files )
and i was his  next victim but thanks god i searched quickly for the sample and it was public
