These days, I'd just like somewhere out of the way and quiet to spend my time in. Used to like cities / towns but I'm over that now. So a good bit of land somewhere would be nice.

Definitely. You'd have all that space to relax in and build other things. Nice garage, maybe an outside cabin sort of thing. It would be great.
