Had a similar issue with a HP EliteBook if you count the flashes you can lookup the post codes on HP's site but from what I remember your going to need a new motherboard since that's typical a board or CPU fault.

This could be anything, it's hard to find the reason until you dismount the laptop and give it a nice clean. It will be easier to identify the problem once you have exclude the potential causes one by one.
