This tool will help you gather some bit of information which may (or not) useful for either OSINT or Doxing campaign and don't worry this method 100% Legal and will not get you in trouble. The data you get can varied from full address and phone number (work number presumably) to just DOB and current position in gov. There limitation though because the tool itself build by crowdsource data but surely is updating. After receive information you can do whatever you want from "prank call" to give them loud "claping".
