I have some data and I want to build my own search service, but I don't know which kind of database should I use, which kind of database you guys use, Elastic Search or neo4j or something else?

I guess there are several different possibilities. What do you want to search? structured, unstructured data? How large should it be? How scalable? Data-Science purposes etc.?

import them in phpmyadmin and make a web searcher which will search the entire db

i use neo4j untill now, for some reason i think neo4j is easy to use.

Yeah guys, I would recommend this too, everyone should be doing this! Best option out there.
