Me too I'm bad at maths. And I hated maths when I was younger. But the fact is that maths is everywhere whatever you think of, and it's really awesome. Check out cool techniques of mental calculus, interesting facts about maths, it really helps a lot in changing mindset. When you change mindset, you don't have to force yourself practicing more, it comes naturally. And then it will turn out you love math. Hooray!

Practice until math gives up...

I refuse to believe anyone is bad at math, just bad at following instructions.

Don't give up. Take your time. Take it slow. Don't expect to understand everything in 2 minutes. Revise again and again.
And, what I learned, don't focus on one source in learning. The more explanations you read, the better your brain fits the puzzle pieces together
