I think every year the intelligence gap between people get larger and larger. It helps capitalistic system, as money are spread accordingly to the amount of "thinking" one does during work. (Basically it has been always like this, but whatever). It also pretty much explains existence of TikTok, so people stay stupid, while the clever guys use data to keep controlling attention, selling useless stuff and getting money of the stupid ones. Same to TikTok there are Facebook, Instagram, Google - they all do the same

To me Gen Z is nothing new. Go back in time and see how Lenin took over Russia; although the methods have changed, principle stayed the same- take over minds of short minded people who identify as victims of society. It is easy to control victims- tell them what they want to hear and do what you want to do. Gen Z belives in words not facts, Gen Z doesn't have empathy. I almost feel sorry for the Gen Z as the older they get they will taste the bitter fruits of their labour.

It's always been thus, brother. It's a tough battle. And universal.
