so if thier a telegram channel or gc and the admin make the (restrict saving content) and i can't  forward also how i can download the media  ?

what i tried to do :
1- export chat history (didnt work)
2- forward  the msg to my saved msg and  export chat history (didnt work)

i cant only view the media 

any tips on how to  download them
