Mullvad is a fairly great one up there, they dont log users and use ram storage on some servers noted, you can also pay with crypto if yer want the extra anonymity too

Go and buy dedicated server from some good provider and there host and encrypt ur vpn

I'd like to say ProtonVPN, but you should double up. Use a VPN Firewall with one provider and have another on your host. Pay anonymously with crypto or prepaid cards obviously.
