Finally rooted.
Hints for root part already given: https://breached.to/Thread-HTB-Scanned?pid=114743#pid114743

extra advices:
  1. make normal cmd works first, then the SUID one.
  2. follow the errors, search online helps a lot.
  3. strace is handy (static binary available online).
