hello i need help with my computer ..... its being really mean and slow....i just can't take it , so i'm asking for help , from the computer people

## The issue
I'm trying to gets my socks5 proxy that has username and password enabled to work in chrome........
I have tested  the proxy with curl and it works completely fine without any issues.....
i have tried many plugins for chrome like foxy proxy and others but they dont work as it seems that chrome doesn't support it....yet

## work around
i tried to set up a local proxy (with no username and password) and connect to the external proxy but it didnt work and i'm mad because it should be very simple to do this...

please someone give a good solution  pwease !

it definitely would. You would basically authenticate to a proxy using a proxy - other than that i dont think there are many other ways. That is just how vip72 did it back in the days with their client

it definitely would. You would basically authenticate to a proxy using a proxy - other than that i dont think there are many other ways. That is just how vip72 did it back in the days with their client

why not just use the proxy with auth?

I'm using a proxy provider that requires username and password for authentication but chrome just does not support this ...
My only work around would be to setup a local proxy that connect to the actual proxy .... I'm having issues with this atm .
Gonna see if im able to use tiny proxy or something like that

Dude why not just use proxifier? It is made for this.
