Valve is already working on the 2, the one was ok, but late on the market and with ridiculous supply. I hope it's successor will be better.

To my understanding that Spiderman steam release has been optimised on Steam Deck, which in itself is a fuckin' feat and a half.

It does run well, though to be fair everything does. There's a few high end games that work well on it. Metro Exodus, Hitman 3, Doom, Detroit, God of War etc.

I got the 512 model and really enjoy it. Took it on a break with me and it was nice to be able to play mostly whatever I wanted, whenever. Was a good excuse to add a few games I hadn't bothered with on my desktop too.

It genuinely can! Just needs input on screen for some things since you can't map it all to the buttons. So it counts as Playable, rather than verified.
