oh yeah this is the site i learned c++ from.  the person alex who made this site has ton of c++ experience and the the lessons are constantly updated  and his lessons have the best explanations ive seen most c++ tutorials are not updated and are sht  and just generally bad at explaining c++ terms

by learning c++ you are by extension learning c. c++ is essentially (bar a few things) a superset of c
