Python is a great programming language with a lot easy-to-use packages!

Generally, Python is much easier to start than C++. If you just wanna temporarily develop some kind of function to do some little project, use python.If you wanna step by step to learn programming, starting with C++(or C) is absolutely good choice.

If you wanted to do scripting kind of stuff, python is sufficient.

I haven't tried C++ but I would say Python if you're a beginner. It was easy for me to learn the basic stuff.

Python is very good for beginner and works on many systems. It is a very good language to start with.

although quite slow due to interpreting stuff, python is nice for general / data science stuff
for efficient programming, nothing beats c/C++/rust :D

I think this is complex depending on what case you want to make and your skills in coding, but if you feel you are an expert and are already familiar with using C plus plus syntac, I recommend deepening expertise in C plus plus, but when you feel like your code doesn't look complicated, I recommend Python
