Not at present at least. CN's economy can't afford starting a new war after their implementing overstrict policies on the pandemic ,costing billions of $. And lots of citizens're already quite unsatisifed with the gov's performance as well as the unprecedented crime rate. Taking over TW's definately not a wise idea for CN right now
