Yes, well I am 99% sure, atleast as far I can tell its from around 2020 and the files in the folder look like the files from the 2020/21 leak. 
The Magnet/Torrent is 6 months old afterwards.

I guarantee you it's the 2016 source code, because all the torrent sites have the 2016 source on it.  2020 is probably not publicly released due to the huge legal implementations, and infosec going after people.

The .rbxl map files in the source are have stuff in them that was only seen from 2017 and upwards tho and I have looked at some 2016 source and they are all around 1gb big so I was suprised that this torrent (created 5 months ago) has the 2020 source code.
