It's not really that normal, but the UK has such dogshit infrastructure, that ANY weather, snow, rain, sun, wind, we just aren't prepared for it.

The British way of dealing with shit, is to point at it in the distance while it makes its way to us, then it hits us while we haven't prepared and the default response is to 'deal with it'

European buses were the worst for me. Like driving in a tin sleeve with many sweaty people dressed up for a European weather.. Now I bought one of these room ACs. Does the job quit well.

i do not have AC and i live in a very hot place, i have loads of fans though and i am used to it :)
