what programming language is best for hacking

Python, JS, C ... Assembly? Usually depends on what you want to hack. If it's a web app, learning JS can be useful. rev engineering & binary exploitation usually requires C/C++ knowledge and knowledge of at least a few basic assembly instructions. All depends on how deep you want to dive... but to be able to modify and write your own simple exploits as a beginner, python is definitely the right starting point.

you can use whatever you want but
python is very simple program for simple remote buffer overflows exploits in vulnserver for example but for me nothing more
i feel like c should be used everywhere in hacking cuz everything is written in c and it is low level or whatever you want to call it language

Python, C++, and C would be great to start. Just avoid java for this kind of thing.
