I like the dedication,mn! A good psychical state helps you have and maintain a healthy mind. Although, I am not a big fan of gyms, I prefer outdoor exercises and activities. You need that air!

if true, that's amazing. good job! Have you tried participating in a marathon or something? I think they are really cool.

Yes. I even won the marathon back in 2018 but now I do it for my health.

Running is nothing the, the pains goes away but you need to have strong mental health. something you wake up without motivation, but you still get your lazy ass to run the daily minimum. and also something you are sick, something hurts. it doesn't matter you go and run.

Amazing, keep working hard in the gym. Youll eventually fall in love with working out, its kinda my therapy now lol. But I hope you enjoy it!!!
