I learned Python at 13 and I have used it since for either fun and my actual job, highly reccomend but it is an interpreted language so not best to be compiled. So, I would either reccomend C++ or Python.

a lot of people gonna say do not learn first language like c start with html or python but its lame
learn anything you want no language is hard hard can be libraries used in it but learn any one you want

i recomend to you to learn Python why ? because for now python easy to learn and flexible languange can to create web ( back end ) , can to create bot, great community, Machine Learning, create game, create desktop app with pyinstaller
