How to open and edit very large files easily without programming ?

Hey guys, 

I have always been wondering how "others" treat large csv and json files, I personally use EmEditor, but over 50Gb, it crashes in most of the cases. 
I tried many other softwares but in most of the cases, they block immediately. Is there a "hack" or a new technology allowing this?

EmEditor fits your needs perfectly, just make sure you set up a large-storage temporary folder

Thanks @Wild for your answer. Do you have any special configuration to do (like "set temp memory file to ...." )?
