Hello everybody, I know that most of us are curious about what has happened to Diogo Santos Coelho, AKA Omnipotent, Downloading, Shiza, Kevin Maradona. I hope this helps cure any form of curiosity you may have had, and I would love for people to share any information they have that I may not have included.
RAIDFORUMS:
The original purpose of Raidforums was to provide a stable platform for "Twitch Raiders." Diago decided to create this platform for twitch raiders due to the fact that many other forums/websites lacked the experience to maintain their websites as they were constantly being taken down by DDOS attacks. A dear friend of Diago "Calaeon" had a massive youtube following and was quite the figure in the twitch raiding community.
Diago also says, "The idea was never to make any money as there were no options to pay us at the start. We eventually started accepting donations to help with upkeep, such as server costs, and as the website evolved to what it is today, we offer ranks like many other websites, but even still, we are much cheaper and have never required subscriptions—everything is a lifetime."
Raidforums was one of the largest communities based around the sale and trade Databases and more.
On February 27, 2022, the DNS servers for raidforums.com were changed to the following servers "jocelyn.ns.cloudfare.com" and "plato.ns.cloudlare.com." These DNS servers were previously used with other sites seized by law enforcement, including websites like doublevpn.com and weleakinfo.com.
Diago reportedly went on vacation between January 31 and February 7, according to Diogo's telegram bio. The site came back on February 12, when Diago did not comment on the outage, and he was also not very active on the site up until the seizure of the site on February 25.
This was followed by "Jaw" reporting that the domain had been seized.
Admin-Jaw February 25
"The raidforums.com domain has been seized. I encourage anybody that attempted logging in to change their passwords and clear any logs you have. The new domain will be https://rf.to for anybody interested in staying"
This did not last long, though, as rf.to was just as fucked as the rest of the domains.
DIOGO SANTOS COELHO & Operation Torniquet:
Diogo Santos Coelho, age 21, was a Portuguese national who resided in Portugal from January 1, 2015, to January 31, 2022. Diago controlled and was the founder and chief administrator of www.Raidforum.com, which he operated with the help of other website administrators. Diago was arrested in England on January 31, 2022, and remains in custody, awaiting extradition to the United States. This seizure of Raidforums and arrest of Diogo Santos Coelho is due to Operation Tourniquet, which was multiple coordinated investigations by authorities from the United States, Britain, Germany, Sweden, and Portugal.
Diago is currently facing six charges.
Count 1: Conspiracy to commit Access device Fraud, Count 2: Access Device Fraud - Using or Trafficking in an Unathrozied Access Device.
Count 3: Access Device fraud Possession of fifteen or more unauthorized access devices
Counts 4-5: Access Device Fraud - Unauthorized Solicitation.
Count 6: Aggravated Identity Theft.
Diago also personally sold stolen data on the platform and facilitated illicit transactions by operating a fee-based middleman service.
This is not Diagos' first rodeo, as he had a run-in with the Police in 2018 when he attempted to enter the United States at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta. The Police obtained a warrant to search the electronic devices in his luggage and found text messages, files, and emails showing that he was Omnipotent.
The funniest part about this is that in an attempt to retrieve his items, Diago contacted the lead FBI case agent around August 2, 2018, and Diago used the email "[email protected]" to email the federal agent, which was the same email that Diago used to register rf.ws and raid.lol.
Diago had also shared that rf.ws and raid.lol, will serve as alternate domains for RaidForums in case the site's primary domain is seized.
Many of you may ask why he was not arrested before this may be because the Police wanted to rack up charges which they did.
TWO ADMINISTRATORS REPORTEDLY ARRESTED:
Diago was not the only one arrested. A 21-year-old man from Croydon, who the NCA detained at his home in March, is suspected of being an administrator on the website and has since been released under investigation. (Possibly Jaw?).
At the time of his arrest, officers seized £5,000 in cash, thousands in US dollars, and put a freeze on crypto assets worth more than half a million dollars.
I could not find any information on the other administrator arrested.
