Hi i would Suggest every new Member need min Threads / Post to talk in the SB. Its annoying every jerk joins and talks BS in the SB. Or even better would be you need a Rank to have the privilege to talk in the SB.

SB is fine as is. Okay place for newer people to ask questions and get some minimal help in the right direction. And just because someone is new doesn't mean they wont be a hq member.
