Yeah, Tor is the only answer anyone should be giving here. It depends on your use case though. Different proxies are good for different scenarios.

just go for a payment service, mullvad nordvpn ecc. Tor is good for other reasons, it is not a vpn and it is slow, and other kind of dangerous scenarios, it depends on you use case as always, for security just use vpn+tor
