People always think their situation is the worst. Just compare the last 3 years to any real global crisis like WW II or the black death and get a grip.

I think at the moment we are just fine. Unemployment is historically low, which is great. The biggest problem at the moment is inflation, with which the FED is dealing right now. If they are successful and inflation goes down, we might see a jump in stock valuations. That would be great for the economy and would probably save us from recession. I'm optimistic.

have you seen US and EU trading balance sheets?
inflation is not the problem it's the symptom. the problem is that governments issue debt without limit. we are fucked up. winter is coming indeed
