What up my dudes. Lately I´ve been spending a lot of time w/o friends or social interactions in my freetime and slowly have the feeling it is not good for my mental health. The less i go out the more time i spend on my PC and on different forums or reddit. But i don´t really feel like spending time with other people makes me happy.

Do you have any advice for me? I thought about doing more sport/gym.

my advice? stay away from social media like FB TT IG shit like that and take walks outside even if u don't feel like u gonna do something special when u are doing that walk
i myself walk like 2-4km/day without meeting anyone just to get out of my shell
and spend some time learning new skills make some money go on vacation and maybe try to meet people outside of ur circle people that would be nice to you not because they know you or because they need you but because you are as much human as they are

Thanks for your advice mate :-) yeah you are right i could definitely go for a walk more often. i used to walk more to give my mind a rest. don´t even know why i neglected that.
Are there any RL skills you tried learning? Can´t think of skills that don´t require me sitting infront of my pc....

oh RL skills are something I regret learning but at the same time, I don't because when I dealt with people at first I was talking too much about technicals and most people were saying yes yes but they don't understand it mostly, and from there I learned normal people like to chitchat to kill their empty time to fill their void from hacking people for all those years I learned that most of the people have a void how can I explain it ... like for example the happy look on ig when u are suffering hangovers and u are broke and ur rent is late notice u get it? but in the same time dealing with other people made me learn how to be a better con man because now i understand my victim and i know ways to work around it due to social skills so if u wanna mix up with people act like you are but don't fall in their rathole don't be a normie like them be yours live yours

Do something in the sun outdoors. Not sure where you're at but it'll make you feel better. Hiking is great, especially without other people, but obviously be careful when going alone. Where are you at in the world? Not specific city or anything, but more rural or urban?

Open your mind dude, shoot the shit, there are users, including myself that would happily have a chat if you needed someone to talk to.

Awesome, glad to hear it man. Keep it up and if you make it a habit you'll find yourself feeling better.
