Crazy! I agree with the people saying it's probably a homemade firearm. The blasts remind me of those the Halle shooter's weapon fired.

Japan has very strict gun control regulations, it's almost impossible to get a gun there or so I have heard. There are multiple tests, including a mental test you have to go through. It's strange, not typical for the Japanese. And I read that the shooter did not run away, idk, maybe he is schizo or it is a planned assassination but I would go with schizo

@God   confirmed as homemade. The shooter is apparently formerly of Japan's army (they call it self defense force if not mistaken). To carry out something like that in Japan though.. takes planning. Doubt he is a schizo.
