Sorry, Redeemer only accepts Monero, with a valid reason.
It doesn't matter for the victim if he has to pay with Monero, he can exchange BTC to it easily.

How ever it matters for the affiliates a lot, because with Bitcoin you can get tracked down, you risk this even by using Mixers. Let's not mention that you will lose like 5-10% of your funds in the mixing process.

Also you don't hardcode your address within the ransomware - you send it to the victim when you communicate. This is to bypass any errors that affiliates might have by using old addresses with old corresponding wallets not being available anymore (lost/deleted seed) within old binaries.
