was interested as to what you lot are using in terms of storage & indexing for leaked dbs?

i was using a box from hetzner originally for indexing to elasticsearch & a fairly cheap seedbox for storage, however wanted to see if anyone had any better ideas :)

Lots of people like to store it on an (encrypted) external drive.

Not as crazy as it sounds , getting 100TB is not that hard and it not that expensive , you just have to shop around a bit.

Imagine actually not knowing how much data BF has and never mind including leaks from ransomware groups and ddosecrets, shit adds up quickly, also never mind the scrapped stuff.
For some people having everything in the cloud is more flexible, 100TB is month is like 100-200$ a month .

Buying a NAS isn't cheap and its not fun when a drive dies , with places like hertzner they replace drives for free depending on what service you use with them you will never know a drive died.
