ive been using tor for years, ive seen that my friends started using brave, is it really as safe as the ads portrayed?

Of course it isnt, brave is privacy focused with its blocking cookies etc, but tor works completely differently with its relays etc

No, not as much as Tor, but it’s still pretty good for some casual use.
